LAZY DAY CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. cooked chicken cubes
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 to 4 oz. (1/2 to 1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain well. Arrange in greased baking dish. Arrange chicken over broccoli. In small bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.

In small bowl, combine butter and crumbs; sprinkle over cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes.

QUICK CUBED CHICKEN:

Place 2 whole chicken breast (1 1/2 to 2 pounds) in an 8x12 inch glass dish; cover. Microwave on high for 8-10 minutes; turn dish and rearrange halfway through or until no longer pink. Serves 2-4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
