MICROWAVE FUDGE 
1/2 c. nuts
1 box powdered sugar
Dash of salt
1/3 c. cocoa
Stick of butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. peanut butter

Grease 8 inch square dish to put fudge in. Sift sugar, salt, and cocoa in microwave-proof bowl. Add milk and stir. It will be lumpy. Cut up butter and place on top. Cook 2 minutes on high. Bottom of bowl should be warm. Stir well. Add vanilla, peanut butter, and nuts. Stir until smooth. Pour in bowl and refrigerate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
