GALUMKIS 
1 lg. cabbage head
1 lb. ground beef, uncooked
1/2 lb. pork sausage, uncooked
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 cans tomato soup
1 med. onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil cabbage; set aside until lightly cooled. Combine ground beef, pork sausage, chopped onion and cooked rice in bowl. Mix with hands or strong spoon until thoroughly blended. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap a small handful of meat into one cabbage leaf and place into a covered baking dish. Finish rest of meat and cabbage in same manner. Any leftover cabbage, cut up and place over stuffed cabbages. Combine soup with 2 cups of water, pour over stuffed cabbages, and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
