ROASTED ROSEMARY POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. rosemary
Salt and pepper

Scrub the potatoes and slice in sixths, lengthwise. Spray Pam on a large cookie sheet and add oil and butter. Place in a preheated 375 degree oven. When butter melts, take tray out and arrange potato slices on tray, cut side down. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes. Take out and turn each potato. Return to oven for 15 more minutes. Potatoes should have a brown crust and be tender inside.
