2 baking potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each (or 1 lb.) 1 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine ingredients in a medium bowl, toss well. Arrange on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 450°F for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
