CRANBERRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 c. whole cranberry sauce, drained
2 tbsp. melted shortening
1 c. walnuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together onto waxed paper the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon. Add walnuts. In mixing bowl, beat eggs, add cranberry sauce and shortening. Add dry ingredients. Stir until blended. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes.
