CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coarsely cut cranberries
1 c. coarsely cut walnuts
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. oil

Mix dry ingredients; stir in cranberries, nuts and orange peel. Combine egg, orange juice and salad oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Bake in greased 9 1/2" x 5" x 3" loaf pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done.
