ORANGE TEA BREAD 
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter, softened
2 lg. eggs
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 325°F. Grease loaf pan. Mix sour cream, sugar, butter until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, orange rind, and orange juice until well mixed. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Spoon batter into loaf pan, bake 50-55 minutes.

ORANGE GLAZE:

1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. orange rind
1 tbsp. orange juice

Mix until thick - pour over bread while bread is hot.
