DOUBLE FRUIT NUT BREAD 
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. chopped mixed candied fruits & peels
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, mixing just until combined. Fold in cranberries, candied fruits, peels and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50-70 minutes. Remove from pan; cool.
