FILLING:

3 lbs. cream cheese
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips

CRUST:

1/2 c. crushed Oreo cookies
2 tbsp. butter

Coat sides and bottom of spring form pan with butter. Cover side and bottom with cookie crumbs. Spread crumbs that do not stick to sides over bottom.

Cream sugar and cream cheese. Add eggs 1 at a time and mix well. Add cocoa and vanilla. Mix well. Pour in pan. Top with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
