CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. (18) Oreo cookies crumbled
1/4 c. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. flour

Combine cookie crumbs and butter press into bottom of a springform pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add milk and beat until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In small bowl mix 1/2 cup chips with flour. Add to cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chips over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until it springs back. Cool to room temperature then chill.
