1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
Juice of one lemon, then the whole lemon
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Put all ingredients in a pot and simmer about 10 minutes.
