ROAST TURKEY 
1 turkey (any size), thawed
5 c. water
Seasonings

Wash turkey, season well with all seasonings you intend use on turkey. Cut and put other seasonings in roaster such as celery, bell pepper and onions. Add 5 cups of water to roaster and place turkey in it. Cover roaster and place turkey in cold oven. Bake at 500 degrees for 1 hour.

NOTE: After 1 hour, turn oven off. Do not open oven or roaster until they are completely cold.
