2 c. finely chopped pecans 2 lb. confectioners sugar 1 (14 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut 1 stick butter, melted 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/4 lb. paraffin 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Combine nuts, sugar and coconut; add butter and milk. Mix well; chill. Form into balls; chill balls until firm. Melt paraffin and chocolate chips together in double boiler. Insert wooden picks into candy balls; dip into chocolate mixture. Place on waxed paper to harden. |
