STRAWBERRY GLAZED PIE 
1 baked pie shell
3 to 4 pt. strawberries
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Arrange nice, whole strawberries in pie shell. Cook 1 1/2 cups cut up strawberries with 1 cup water for 5 minutes. Press through a sieve and return berry mixture to pan, discarding pulp and seeds left in sieve. Add 1 cup sugar, salt and cornstarch. Cook until clear and a little thickened. Cool and pour over berries in crust. Chill pie. Serve topped with whipped cream.
