COCONUT CREAM PUDDING DESSERT 
68 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. sugar
2 sm. pkgs. coconut cream instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Cool Whip

Mix together crushed crackers, butter and sugar. Spread into a 9"x13" pan and put in the refrigerator for a little while. Save a few crumbs for topping. Mix with a beater the pudding and milk. Add the ice cream. Spread this mixture onto crumbs. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with crumb topping. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
