FEATHER YOGURT CAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. plain yogurt
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. coconut
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. evaporated milk
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Cream butter, shortening and sugar until smooth. Add sifted flour and dry ingredients alternately with yogurt and eggs. Beat after each addition until creamy and smooth. Add vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes in an 8x11 inch pan.

Mix all topping ingredients together. Spread to very edges of cake to prevent edges of cake from scorching. Place under broiler for about 5 minutes watching closely until sugar bubbles and turns light brown.
