POTATOES AU GRATIN 
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
4 c. diced cooked potatoes
Grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. half and half
2 tbsp. parsley

Saute onion in butter for 5 minutes. Blend in flour. Add half and half and cook, stirring, until sauce thickens. Stir in cheese. Add parsley and seasoning. Combine sauce with potatoes. Turn into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
