HAMBURGER SOUP 
1/2 lb. or more sausage
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp. leaf oregano
1 env. dry onion soup mix
6 c. boiling water
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. celery leaves, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 c. sherry wine
1 (16 oz..) can tomatoes
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. dry split peas (be sure to soak overnight & drain)

Cook on low 8 to 16 hours or high 4 to 5 hours. Add 1 hour before done 1 cup elbow macaroni. This is a crock pot recipe.
