HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. minced onion
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can peas drained
10 oz. noodles
1 c. sour cream

Brown meat, onion, salt and pepper, drain. Add both cans of soup. Cook noodles, drain and set aside. When meat mixture is hot, remove to large mixing bowl and add peas and noodles. Fold in sour cream gently. Put into greased casserole and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees 25 to 30 minutes.
