ROTEL CHICKEN 
4 lg. chicken breasts
1 onion, med. size
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Tortilla chips (Toms)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 can diced Rotel

Cook chicken breasts until tender. Remove from bone into small pieces and line bottom of long casserole dish. Slice onion on chicken. Crush chips and put half of them on chicken mixture. Slice cheese and put on chips. Mix both cans of soup and Rotel together and pour over mixture then add the rest of chips on top and cook about 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
