10 potatoes, cooked and mashed with milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Sm. onion, chopped
Dried parsley
1 egg, beaten

Mash and mix together. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or microwave 5-7 minutes.
