CREAMY RICH POTATOES 
8 potatoes, cooked and mashed

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
Butter, salt, and garlic salt to taste.

Mash potatoes with butter and salt. Beat in cream cheese and sour cream. Add garlic salt. Spread in greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or more. Just before serving, pour some melted butter on top and sprinkle with paprika. Serves 8 to 10 people.
