CREAMY LAYERED POTATOES 
3 c. mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
5-6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
3 sm. green onions, chopped

Spread potatoes evenly in a lightly greased 10"x6"x2" baking dish. Top with sour cream; sprinkle with bacon and green onions. Top with cheese. Bake potatoes at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Yield: 6 servings.
