LAYERED HAM AND SCALLOPED
POTATOES
 
Butter pan. Add one layer of potatoes, cut in thick slices and one layer of ham and another layer of potatoes.

SAUCE:

Melt butter, add flour and milk for white sauce. Add Velveeta cheese. Blend into a smooth sauce. Pour over casserole. Bake 1 to 2 hours, depending on size of casserole.
