SCALLOPED HASH BROWNS & HAM | |
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 c. sour cream 1 tbsp. onion, minced 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 c. ham, cubed 6 hash brown patties, thawed & crumbled Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup, mustard, sour cream, onion and pepper. Fold in ham and potatoes. Pour into a greased, 2-quart casserole or pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
