BROCCOLI SOUFFLE | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 eggs 2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. grated onion 2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli Cheez-its or Ritz crackers Boil broccoli 5 minutes and drain well. Beat eggs, add onion, soup, mayonnaise and cheese - mix well. Add broccoli - pour into baking dish - crumble crackers onto top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
