HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1 stick butter minus 1 tbsp.
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
5 oz. can evaporated milk

Slowly melt 1 stick butter (minus tablespoon) and 1/2 cup cocoa. Slowly add sugar and milk. Bring to boil. Be sure to subtract the 1 tablespoon butter or it won't work.
