ARTICHOKE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
2 salad onions, sliced
1 can chopped black olives
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Cook Rice-A-Roni as directed. Remove Rice-A-Roni to a large bowl. Cool. Add sliced onions and chopped olives. Drain artichokes; reserve juice. Chop artichoke hearts. Add artichoke hearts to mixture. Take juice from artichokes and mix with mayonnaise and stir into Rice-A-Roni. Refrigerate for 4 hours or more.
