CARAMEL ROLLS 
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts (optional)

Let dough thaw but not rise. Tear up 1 loaf and line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter and add sugar, pudding, milk and cinnamon; mix well. Pour mixture over bread and sprinkle with nuts. Tear up 2nd loaf and place pieces on top of mixture. Let rise 2 1/2 hours at room temperature. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
