CARAMEL PECAN ROLLS 
1 recipe sweet dough
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup pecans (nuts) and cinnamon; set aside.

Combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, corn syrup, 1/4 cup pecans. Spread in bottom of buttered 13"x9" pan. Roll out dough on floured surface to 18"x12" rectangle. Brush with butter. Sprinkle dough with remaining brown sugar, nut and cinnamon mixture. Start with 18" side, roll jelly roll fashion. Cut into 18 (1") slices. Place cut side down in prepared pan. Cover, let rise until doubled (1 hour). Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 1 minute then invert onto waxed paper. Let stand 1 minute. Remove pan.
