ONION CHEESE DRESSING 
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 c. plain yogurt
4 oz. neufchatel cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Soak onion in 1/4 cup water about 5 minutes. Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into another container; cover and chill. Serve with vegetable salads. Makes 1 1/2 cups; 17 calories per tbsp.
