CARLA'S CHICKEN | |
4 cooked chicken filets, chopped 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. water 1 lg. pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing 1/4 stick butter In 2 quart casserole dish, mix chicken, soups, and water. Reserve 1 cup stuffing mix, then add remainder to casserole. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top and dot with butter. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. If top browns to quickly, cover with foil and add 5-10 minutes to time. |
