CRISPY CHICKEN BITES 
2 lbs. chicken breast filets
3/4 c. melted butter
2 c. cornflake crumbs
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. basil

Cut filets into 2 inch pieces. Dip into butter; coat with mixture of crumbs, cheese and seasonings. Arrange in 9 x 12 inch glass baking dish. Microwave on high for 16 minutes or until tender, turning dish once. Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
