BREAST OF CHICKEN VARIATIONS 
Boned, skinned breast of chicken filets

1:
Mayonnaise
Graham cracker crumbs, very finely crumbled

2:
Egg, stirred
Bran flakes, rolled fine

3:
Egg, stirred
Flour
Pecans, chopped fine

4: See #2

1. Dip in mayonnaise then in graham cracker crumbs.

2. Dip in egg then in bran flake crumbs.

3. Dip in egg, then flour, then egg again and then in pecans.

4. Use #2 ingredients, but do not roll in bran flakes just pat on.

Bake 350 degrees until done (about 40-50 minutes).
