CATHEDRAL WINDOW COOKIES 
1 c. chocolate bits
4 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. walnuts
1 pkg. colored mini marshmallows
1 c. coconut (opt.)

Melt chocolate bits and butter. Let cool. In a large bowl mix eggs, vanilla wafers, confectioners' sugar, walnuts and marshmallows. Add chocolate mixture and mix well. Separate into six parts. Roll mixture into logs. Roll in coconut and wrap in aluminum foil. Keep refrigerated or in freezer for 1 to 2 hours. Remove from freezer and slice into cookies.
