CATHEDRAL WINDOW COOKIES 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 bag colored miniature marshmallows

Melt chocolate over hot water in large kettle. Cool. Add eggs, nuts and marshmallows. Divide mixture into 2 balls. Tear 2 sheets of wax paper and sprinkle with coconut or nuts. Shape each ball into log shape and place on end of wax paper. Roll each log with wax paper and refrigerate. Unwrap and slice as needed. Great, easy holiday recipe.
