LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen lima beans
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) tomato puree
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Cook limas according to package directions omitting salt; drain well. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in 3 tablespoons melted butter in small skillet until tender. Add lima beans and next 5 ingredients, stirring well.

Spoon mixture into lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over casserole. Combine cheese, bread crumbs, and 1 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle over beans. Bake uncovered 350 degrees, 20 minutes.
