EXTREMELY EASY LIMA BEAN
CASSEROLE
 
1 can lima beans, drained
1 can mushroom soup
Dried onion flakes (1 tbsp. or to taste)
Bread crumbs
16 oz. (more or less to taste) cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together in saucepan: lima beans, mushroom soup, and 1/2 the cheese. Add onion flakes. Bring to a slow boil; remove from heat. Pour into a small casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4.
