LIMA BEAN CORN CASSEROLE 
5 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper
2 c. lima beans
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
2 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1/3 c. crushed cheese crackers
Grated cheese

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add flour, then milk and stir until thickened. Add basil, sugar, salt and pepper and stir. Add and stir in lima beans and corn. Pour into buttered casserole. Top with sliced tomatoes and cheese crackers and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve.
