BAKED LIMA BEANS 
1 lb. pkg. dry lima beans
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard

Cook lima beans until tender. Season with 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon salt. Add sour cream, brown sugar, and mustard; mix well.

Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour until beans are light golden brown. Some bacon or ham may be added.
