CHEESECAKE COOKIES 
2/3 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 c. chopped walnuts
2/3 c. melted butter
2 c. flour
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 4 ingredients together with fork or spoon until crumbly. Reserve 1 3/4 cup crumbs mixture. Press remaining mixture on bottom of 9x13x2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Next, beat cream cheese and sugar together. Add eggs, lemon juice, milk and vanilla. Beat (doesn't have to be smooth). Pour over baked crust. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Refrigerate until cold before cutting.
