LEMON SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 c. butter (2 sticks)
2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar

TOP:

4 eggs
9 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sugar (plain)
1 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

CRUST: Mix together all ingredients for crust. (Grease pan.) Press firmly in 13"x9" pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown.

TOP: Mix together all ingredients for top. Pour over crust. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until mixture is cooked. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
