PORK BARBECUE 
5 lb. Boston butt, cooked and cut up
1/2 med. onion
1 pt. catsup
1 tsp. brown sugar
5 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. red pepper

Mix spices, onion, and brown sugar. Add cut up meat and let simmer. Serve on buns.
