BARBECUED RIBS 
7 lbs. country style ribs
Pork and poultry seasoning
2 med. onions
Pepper
1/2 bunch fresh celery with leaves
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 bottles barbecue sauce

Season ribs well with pepper and seasoning 1/2 hour before browning. Saute finely chopped onion, celery and mushrooms. Brown ribs over charcoal. Place in roaster pan, add sauteed vegetables, and barbecue sauce. Roast at 350 degrees for approximately 2 hours.
