MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks soft butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Pinch of salt
Miniature marshmallows

Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add remainder of ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.

When done, while hot, cover with miniature marshmallows and top with frosting.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
8 tbsp. milk

Boil and stir constantly 5 minutes. Beat in 1 box 10X sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour lightly over marshmallows. Can be frozen.
