MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped nuts
3 tbsp. cocoa

Mix well and stir in nuts. Bake in 13x9x2 inch sheet pan at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. When done, remove from oven. Put one small bag of miniature marshmallows on top; return to oven until melted. Don't brown.

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 or 5 tbsp. can milk
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Pinch of salt

Mix and spread on top of marshmallows.
