2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
Pinch of salt

Put in saucepan and let come to a rolling boil. Boil 1 minute, remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 cups quick cook oatmeal and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Stir well and drop by teaspoon on wax paper and let harden.
