MONKEY CAKE 
Cut 3 cans buttermilk refrigerator biscuits in quarters and roll each piece into a ball. Roll balls in mixture of 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 cup white sugar. Put in a greased pan (angel food or bundt). Melt together 1 stick butter, 1 cup dark brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon. When melted pour over rolls in pan. bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn upside down on a plate immediately.
