BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. self rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole dish, combine blueberries, butter, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Toss to coat blueberries completely. In mixer bowl, stir together flour, sugar and milk. Pour this mixture over blueberries in casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until top is golden brown.
